The life span of fruit fly larva is 7 days. During this single week, the body mass of each larva multiplies by 250!
* For comparison, it takes a cow to multiply its body
   mass 10-fold a whole year long. 

The growth rate of the fruit fly larva is exponential. each female produces 300 offspring in average.

The production is year- round continuous. No seasonal constraints apply.

Production process of the fruit fly larvae is both sustainable and efficient. Our Manufacturing process enables a  100%  utilization of the larvae.  Rearing residues are later processed into feed ingredients.
