HR Manager



Manage and develop full functions of HR management including Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Organization Development, Performance Management and Employee Relations.

The ideal candidate also has BOI regulation experience and a high English level.


Scope and responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all Human Resources responsibilities; workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, succession planning, and compensation and benefits.

  • Set up a recruitment system and define guidelines for recruitment.

  • Maintaining, recommending, and revising the company’s human resource policies and procedures.

  • Ensure the company compliance with all statutory requirements in conditions of employment, transfers, promotion, etc.

  • Develop and implement the appropriate training and development plan.

  • Implement and revise company’s compensation program.



  • Minimum of 4 years of work experience in the HR Management field, preferably in the food manufacturing industry

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business administration or a related field.

  • Demonstrated attention to detail, follow-through, drive for results and initiative.

  • Excellent analytical-thinking, problem solving, relationship-building and communication skills.

  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
