Position:
Engineering Manager
Scope and responsibilities:
-
Lead all manufacturing engineering, encompassing capital and process development projects, providing superior technical knowledge
-
Plan engineering projects, coordinate and overseeing the technical and engineering activities, including providing supervision and guidance to other engineers.

Drive department KPIs: Productivity, Quality, Cost, Lead time, Overall equipment effectiveness, New automation line to ensure that all products/projects are delivered on time with the highest quality standard

Optimize facility layouts, production lines, machine operations and network performance

Lead and work together with cross functional to increase efficiency , capacity , capability
-
Implement and manage continuous improvement principals by highlighting deficiencies and recommending changes in training, working practices and processes

Manage and forecast departmental budget

Ensure that manufacturing procedures follow safety and environmental regulations
-
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance
-
Coach, counsel and develop subordinates to achieve the desired performance and career development objective. Provide leadership, outstanding people skills and management to a team
Requirements:
-
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial engineering or related fields)

5 years in related work experience including 2 years on Management level

Experience in manufacturing environment, particularly in food manufacturing

Strong leadership, problem solving skill, people management, Can-Do attitude
-
Good English communication
-
Good computer skill (MS Office , AutoCAD 2D,3D)
